Felipe Galindo, "Feggo", has been creating humorous images for almost fifty years in diverse media, like cartoons, illustration, animation, fine art and public art (visit the 231st. Subway Station #1 line!)

He believes that humor is a beautiful and special language that allows us to see the world in a different manner, from the whimsical to the critical point of view.

He challenges himself, at times, to create images without resorting to the use of captions which avails his ideas to reach a universal audience.

When people ask him where he gets his ideas from, he reveals that everything inspires him, from nature, people, animals and cities to food, cars, planes, insects, clouds, you name it!

His love for art is evident: world cultures and history that he occasionally intertwines, like his project "Manhatitlan," where he celebrates Mexican and American Cultures; "George Washington Returns to New York City"; "Frida Khalo in New York";  and Lady Liberty in "Taking Liberties."
